At Vibe Sofas, we aim to get your new sofa to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery across:

  • Australia Wide

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to arrange a delivery solution.

Delivery Timeframes
We know you’re excited to receive your new lounge — that’s why we work hard to deliver orders within as quick as possible.

Usual Time Frames For In Stock items:

QLD - 1- 5 business days

NSW, VIC, ACT, SA - 5 - 10 business days

WA, NT - 15 - 20 business days

Please note:

Some items may need to be transferred between warehouses before delivery. This can take an additional 1–5 business days depending on stock location.

You will be notified if your order requires transfer time or if there are any unexpected delays.


Delivery Process
Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery day and time window once your order is ready to go. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

If you have any access restrictions (stairs, elevators, narrow driveways, etc.), please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Delivery Costs
We offer affordable flat-rate delivery within our service areas. Any additional fees (for difficult access or redeliveries) will be discussed before your order is dispatched.

Pick-Up Option
Local pick-up may be available for selected products — please contact us to check availability and arrange a suitable time.

Delays & Communication
While we always strive for fast delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to stock movement, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
